Brendan M. Cooney Explains Commodity Fetishism

Commodity fetishism is a theory and phenomenon articulated by Karl Marx in his critique of capitalism that tries to explain the seemingly supernatural powers that commodities have over us in capitalist markets. It was introduced in the first volume of Capital, and YouTuber Brendan M. Cooney does a great job explaining it here:
